BSN Admission Requirements

Application Requirements*

• 30 Semester hours with a GPA of 2.8 or better which must include:

• ENG 1003 and ENG 1013, Freshman English I and II, with a "C" or better

• Eight (8) semester hours of the required laboratory sciences with a GPA of 2.5 or above (all five (5) laboratory sciences must be completed with a “C” or better).

• MATH 1023 College Algebra must be completed with a “C” or better.

• Applicants for admission are ranked based on the cumulative GPA or the GPA of the last 30 semester hours (calculated on all hours of a semester), depending on which average is highest.

• If the minimum of 30 hours has been achieved by June 15, consideration will be given to students completing prerequisite courses by the end of Summer I.
