There are several scholarships that are potentially available for CD students.  Application packets for the college are available from the Dean's Office or any departmental office, and are due to the Dean's Office in February, annually.  Among those scholarships are:

       C/P MAS    The Craighead/Poinsett Medical Alliance Scholarship

       RMC NEA    Regional Medical Center of NEA (A professional scholarship)

       Linder/Seitz    The Linder/Seitz Scholarship

       Sternheimer    The L.H. Sternheimer Family Scholarship

       G. Herndon    The George Herndon Graduate Scholarship in Communication Disorders

        J.H. LeBlanc    NEW!The Jane H. LeBlanc Graduate Clinical Scholarship in Communication Disorders

Note:  The Jane H. LeBlanc Graduate Clinical Scholarship in Communication Disorders is under development, so application procedures are not finalized at this time.  The link button will take you to the administrator of the fund, the Craighead County Community Foundation.  Please click the button for information on where to send donations for this newly established scholarship, and our sincere appreciation is extended to Mrs. LeBlanc for her ongoing support and service to the Department of Communication Disorders. 

Additionally, scholarships are available from the state professional organization, however, deadlines may vary from the above:

       ArkSHA    The Arkansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association Scholarship
